Escape from Hellview

A little w.i.p.
When I was about 12 I thought up this character (the victim of horrific government experiments - naturally).
A few years back I heard a song by the band CKY (camp kill yourself) called "Escape from Hellview". Quite a cool tune...
Anyway after hearing the song I kinda remembered this old guy.
This is the start of a project idea that I have to marry the two things together (unofficially of course)...
